Head Coach Eddie Moura

Coach Moura was born in Ponta Grossa, Parana, Brazil. At age 18 Coach Moura's family moved from Brazil to Minnesota where he attented Blaine High School his Senior year. After a suceesfull senior year playing soccer for Blaine High School, Coach Moura received a full ride Scholarship to play soccer at Lincoln University in Jefferson City Missouri an NCAA Division II School. After one year of playing for Lincoln University Coach Moura went on a two year Church mission for his church in the state of Alabama.
 
After returning from his church mission Coach Moura transferred to  the University of Evansville in Indiana and was part of the team that played in the NCAA Division I Tournament.
 
After a bad injury Coach Moura transferred to Virginia Intermont College and was a student assistant coach for the  soccer team  that reached the NAIA Championship's final eight in 2003, and also making the NAIA tournament in 2005.
 
Coach Moura Graduated from Virginia Intermont College in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Health/Physical Education. After Graduation Coach Moura accepted a job teaching in South Florida where he was a Physical Education teacher and Soccer Coach. After leading  the girls school team to the finals, the following year(2009) he took over the boys team from Falcon Cove leading them to the Broward County Championship at Lockhart Staduim going undefeated at 12-0.
 
In 2012 Coach Moura was named the Boys Head Coach for Copper Hills High School and helped the team reach the State Tournament's  final four at Woods Cross High School. His is looking forward to the upcoming season and is excited to begin another season of soccer with the boys Copper Hills Soccer Team.
 
Coach Moura was on vacation in Brazil and met his lovely wife Natalia. They have been married for 4 years and have really enjoyed living in Utah.
