We have updated the calendar to reflect the open gyms we will be holding in October.  We would ask that unless otherwise instructed, you attend the sessions for your grades only. The calendar is located on the right hand side of the blog. We are excited to start our 2014-2015 season!

Try Outs

Here are the try out times for Wednesday February 26th:

Juniors and Seniors: 2:45pm - 4:30pm

Freshman and Sophomores: 4:30pm - 6:30pm
* Freshman and sophomores please arrive at 4pm so that we are ready to get started immediately at 4:30pm.

Remember to bring your tryout checklist packets. See everyone tomorrow!

Auction Dress Code

As a coaching staff, we have decided it would be appropriate for all the boys who are trying out to dress in a shirt and tie at the auction Friday night.  We would also like for them to wear slacks as opposed to jeans. It is important that we represent the Copper Hills Soccer program in a positive way.

RPT Physicals

For those of you who need physicals for the upcoming soccer season, RPT will be at Copper Hills High School at 6pm tomorrow to conduct physicals. The cost is $25 and you must pay in cash. 

Also as a reminder, our silent auction is this Friday night at 5pm. We need all unsold tickets, basket items for the auction, and money received for sold tickets brought in on Wednesday (Feb. 18th) by 5pm. If you have any questions, please email us or stop by and visit us in the office. 

Outdoor Open Gym

We will be making another slight change to the open gym schedule this week. Because of the mild weather, we have decided to try and hold an outdoor open gym. This will be held tomorrow, Thursday Feb. 13, from 3-530pm. We will be canceling the open gym on Friday night due to scheduling conflicts. The open gym tomorrow is for Freshman and Sophomores. We will try and schedule another outdoor open gym next week for Juniors and seniors. The calendar will be updated to reflect these changes. Also, make sure to dress appropriately for an outdoor open gym.

Change to Open Gym Schedule

There have been two changes made to our open gym schedule that we would like to make everyone aware of:

Firstly, there will not be an open gym this Friday night (2/7).  The boy's basketball team has a crucial away game at Bingham on Friday and we feel it is important to go and support them. We are all a family here at Copper Hills and its really important to us to show our support for other sport programs.  Coach Blanchard and his players have been huge supporters of our program.  So we would ask that all of the boys who were planning on attending the open gym on Friday, to attend the basketball game instead.

Secondly, the open gym scheduled for next Thursday morning (2/13) has been moved to Wednesday (2/12) due to a scheduling conflict.

These changes are reflected in the calendar to the right.

Mandatory Player and Parent Meeting

We will be holding a mandatory player and parent meeting next Friday, January 31st at 6:30 pm. This meeting will be held in the Tech Atrium at Copper Hills High School.
